HOW DO WE PROVIDE ENGINEERING-LEVEL SOLUTIONS?
Our engineering team will assist you in designing a conveyor for optimal bulk product conveying and lifting for your customer. Our experience with more than 300 different materials allows us to adapt each technical detail to the product’s real behavior under operating conditions. We design efficient, durable and safe conveyors through a complete process that includes:
PRODUCT ANALYSIS
At Sinfimasa, every solution begins with a deep understanding of the product to be conveyed and its behavior with the materials from which the conveyor can be built. We have manufactured equipment for more than 300 different products and, if necessary, we test samples in our test bench to observe their behavior. With this information, we design the optimal screw conveyor, bucket lift or Redler-type chain conveyor.
SELECTION OF THE CONVEYOR TYPE
Selection of the appropriate conveyor type: vertical bucket lift, Redler (chain conveyor) with elevation, or inclined screw conveyor. The choice depends on plant geometry, inclination, and the product’s behavior in bulk.
The conveyor is sized based on specific project requirements: performance, length, available space, etc.
SELECTION OF CONVEYOR MATERIALS AND GRADES
We choose the steel grades, structure and supports, and all components that will be in contact with the bulk product (buckets, spirals, hoppers, scraper blades). These materials are selected according to the product behavior as previously described and its characteristics (abrasive, corrosive, humid, adhesive).
CONFIGURATION OF ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Motors, sensors, etc., to ensure correct operation in various situations (overload, misalignment, blockages, etc.).
SELECTION OF SURFACE TREATMENTS
Shot blasting, stainless steel, wear-resistant steels, anti-rust coatings, galvanizing—to ensure proper machine protection.
