Given the current situation and in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the WHO to prevent the spread of COVID-19, SINFINES Y MAQUINARIA, S.A. has activated protocols for the safety of our employees, customers and suppliers.

The existing health alarm status means that we must take extreme precautions and limit people’s movements. However, with safety as our main concern, we continue to provide our services.

The following is a summary of the working situation at SINFIMASA after taking the necessary measures to minimise risks and exposure to the virus:

We remain operational:

We have facilitated home-working for most of our office staff and our workshop staff continues to operate as normal in compliance with safety protocols. We have also adapted our working hours and from 23/03 we will be open from 07:00 to 17:00.

New channels of communication:

The new situation does not allow visits in person, but we have telematic tools for online commercial and technical support.

Deliveries of material:

We continue to deliver on a regular basis. If you have established new delivery times or conditions, please inform us by email to sinfimasa@sinfimasa.com or by calling 973 550 092 so that we can arrange deliveries with the transport company according to your instructions.

Internal safety:

Among many other measures, we are thoroughly and regularly cleaning potential sources of contagion in our facilities, we have restricted access to high-influence areas such as rest areas and canteens, etc. and we have increased ventilation.

We are convinced that by implementing these measures we will be able to continue to provide you with the usual level of service and quality and that with everyone’s efforts we will overcome this difficult situation.
